A careful inspection of the edge of this programming manual reveals that in two sections the pages have torn loose from the binding. The second of these sections concerns function arguments for printing. This section is marked by more dirt on the edge (look closely toward the middle). Its easy to open the manual to exactly these pages. In fact, the pages tore out as a result of being consulting more often than other sections.
